In 2023, Residential Area No. 3 has made efforts to effectively implement 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; actively help each other develop the economy , eliminate hunger and reduce poverty; average income per capita is estimated at 64 million VND/year; well implement cultural and civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals. People responded and supported the construction of the "For the Poor" fund with over 73 million VND, helping poor households upgrade their houses and improve their lives. Residential Area has 188 households achieving cultural families, reaching 95%; 113 households achieving cultural families for 3 consecutive years.

Speaking at the festival, Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, praised and highly appreciated the achievements of the cadres and people of Residential Area No. 3. He hoped that in 2024, the Party Committee, government and people in the Residential Area will promote the advantages of the central location to promote business sectors, increase income, improve living standards, and sustainably eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. Continue to thoroughly implement the directives, resolutions and decisions of the Central Party Committee, the State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front on strengthening and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc. Step up propaganda and mobilize cadres, members, union members and people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, especially the campaigns "All people unite to build a cultural life in Residential Area", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"...

On this occasion, Residential Area No. 3 received flowers and gifts from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of the province and departments of the province and Lac Thuy district. 11 collectives, 10 individuals, 43 typical households with outstanding achievements were awarded. The provincial "For the Poor" Fund Management Board awarded support to build a solidarity house worth 40 million VND. Lac Thuy district presented 12 gifts to households in difficult circumstances.
