He expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for the silent but great sacrifices of the Heroic Vietnamese Mother in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Inquiring about her health, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council wished her good health and encouraged her children and grandchildren to uphold the family's revolutionary tradition to actively compete in studying, working, and producing, contributing to the development of the homeland.
