Launching of a fixed blood donation point at the Provincial General Hospital

- On the morning of June 28, at Hall A, 3rd floor, Building B, Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital coordinated with the Provincial Red Cross Society (RCS) to launch the Fixed Blood Donation Point; Blood Donation Program "Saturday White Blouse Pink Drop Tuyen Quang".

Doctors, nurses and medical staff of the Provincial General Hospital participate in blood donation.

The fixed blood donation point is located on the 2nd floor, Building B, Department of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Provincial General Hospital. All people in the province aged 18 - 60, in good health, can donate blood, bring their ID card when donating; time from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays; Tel: 02073.828.045 - Department of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

The fixed blood donation point aims to overcome the shortage of blood in emergency and patient treatment at hospitals in the province. In addition, pre-donation examination and testing will help voluntary blood donors detect early risks of disease, contributing to improving the effectiveness of health care for the people.

At the same time, it contributes to promoting communication work, mobilizing people to participate in voluntary blood donation, increasing the amount of blood for emergency and treatment at hospitals.

At the launching ceremony, the Blood Donation Program “Saturday White Blouse Pink Drops Tuyen Quang ” was also organized, with the participation of more than 100 officers, doctors, medical staff of the Provincial General Hospital, agencies, units and people in the province. At the end, the Organizing Committee received nearly 100 units of blood.
