The 1st Congress of Ham Yen Commune Trade Union, term 2025-2030

On November 10, Ham Yen Commune Trade Union held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrade Trieu Tai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Ham Yen Commune.

Introducing the Executive Committee of Ham Yen commune, for the first time, term 2025-2030.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Congress of Ham Yen Commune Trade Union took place in an exciting competitive atmosphere of cadres, union members and workers, aiming to welcome the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Trade Union and the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union.

Since its establishment on July 1, 2025 under the Decision of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Ham Yen Commune Trade Union has quickly consolidated its organization, gathering 36 grassroots trade unions with nearly 7,900 union members from 8 communes, promoting its representative role, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; at the same time, actively participating in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to promoting local socio- economic development.

The Congress unanimously approved the Political Report and Congress Resolution, identifying 8 groups of key tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, emphasizing two breakthroughs: innovating content and methods of operation associated with digital transformation, building digital unions and union members; focusing on taking care of the lives and jobs of union members and workers.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Trieu Tai Phong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and commended the initial results achieved by the Ham Yen Commune Trade Union, and emphasized that in the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Trade Union needs to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; take the interests of union members as the center; promote digital transformation in management and operation; strengthen dialogue, collective bargaining, sign and effectively implement collective labor agreements; contribute to building a strong Trade Union organization, worthy of being a reliable support for workers and laborers.

The Congress also announced the Decisions of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of Ham Yen Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030, including 13 comrades, comrade Dinh Thi Phuong Thao holds the position of Chairwoman of Ham Yen Commune Trade Union; 2 delegates attending the 1st Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
