Minh Tan Primary and Secondary Boarding School is built in Tan Son village, Minh Tan commune, on an area of 4.16 hectares, with a scale of 45 classrooms, meeting the learning and boarding needs of 1,575 students. The main items of the project include: Headmaster's house - library; primary and secondary school classrooms; subject learning house; multi-purpose gymnasium; outdoor sports field; separate boarding area for primary and secondary school students; teachers' office house; one-way dining - kitchen, along with technical infrastructure system, garden, trees, flag-raising yard, experimental garden and other auxiliary works. The total investment of the project is 251 billion VND.

Pho Bang Primary and Secondary Boarding School is built on an area of nearly 4 hectares, serving about 1,085 boarding students. The project includes the principal's office, primary and secondary school classrooms, subject classrooms, a multi-purpose building, a teacher's office, a kitchen, a dormitory area and ancillary infrastructure systems such as a flag-raising yard, an experimental garden, a covered playground, water supply and drainage, fire protection and green landscape. The total investment is 191.98 billion VND.

The school is built on an area of 3.6 hectares, accommodating about 1,085 boarding students. The project includes the principal's office, primary and secondary school blocks, subject classrooms, a multi-purpose building, a 5-storey dormitory (138 rooms), a teacher's residence and a dining hall - kitchen. The total investment capital is 211 billion VND.

The project is built on an area of 36,000m², with a scale of 31 classrooms with 1,085 students (15 primary classes, 16 secondary classes). The project includes all the buildings such as the principal's office, classrooms, department buildings, student dormitories, teachers' housing, cafeteria, sports field and experience area. The total investment is 211 billion VND.

The project is the largest in the area, with an area of 4.6 hectares, serving about 1,400 boarding students. The project includes the administrative block, theoretical and subject classrooms, a multi-purpose area, two male and female boarding blocks, teachers' housing, a dining room - kitchen and a system of connecting toilets between the blocks. The total investment is 280 billion VND.
For many years, school facilities in the border communes of Tuyen Quang province have been lacking. Many schools are makeshift, located far from the center, with dangerous roads; teachers and students have to cross mountains and streams to get to class; in the rainy season, water floods into classrooms; in the winter, the wind is bitingly cold. The construction of inter-level primary and secondary boarding schools on the land border of Tuyen Quang province aims to implement the policy of the Politburo in Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025, on building a school system for border communes. This is a major policy, with profound political, social and humanistic significance, demonstrating the Party and State's concern for ethnic minorities in border areas; at the same time, it is expected to become a highlight in the development of educational infrastructure in border areas, contributing to improving people's knowledge, caring for people's lives and maintaining the Fatherland's fence.
The schools are expected to be completed in August 2026. When completed, the Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools in the border communes of Tuyen Quang will create better learning, training and living conditions for students in the highlands; contribute to maintaining student numbers, improving the quality of comprehensive education, and at the same time be a highlight in the development of educational infrastructure in the border communes, contributing to strengthening national defense and security, and building a strong border area.
