Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Youth Union is determined to successfully carry out 3 breakthrough tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term

On the morning of November 10, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police; leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security. Attending the Congress were 180 delegates representing nearly 3,000 union members of the police force in the whole province.

With the slogan of action "Pioneer - Solidarity - Courage - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress summarized the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Public Security of the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang (old), term 2022 - 2027; set out the directions, goals, and tasks of the Youth Union and youth movements in the entire force for the term 2025 - 2030; reviewed and evaluated the leadership of the Youth Union of Tuyen Quang Provincial Public Security, term 2022 - 2027; discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 13th National Youth Union Congress and the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress identified and expressed its determination to successfully carry out three breakthrough tasks in the 2025-2030 term, including: Educating revolutionary ideals, traditions, ethics, cultural lifestyle, enhancing political capacity for union members and youth of the Provincial Police; Improving digital capacity, mastering science and technology, contributing to the development of young, high-quality human resources in the Provincial Police; Accompanying the grassroots, promoting the core role of the Police youth in ensuring security, order and social security activities.

Speaking at the Congress, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Duc Thuan and Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union Duong Minh Nguyet acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements that the youth of the Police of the two provinces of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang (old) have achieved in the past term. At the same time, they believe and hope that in the new term after the merger of the provinces and the arrangement of administrative units to implement the government model, the Provincial Police Youth Union will continue to promote the pioneering and pioneering spirit, innovate working methods, build a model of a police officer "brave, humane, serving the people" in the digital transformation period; arouse the pride, will and aspiration to contribute of the youth of the Provincial Police on the front of protecting national security, for the peaceful and happy life of the people.

The Provincial Police Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term was introduced at the Congress.

At the Congress, the decision of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee to appoint the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 19 comrades, was announced; and the list of delegates attending the 1st Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term was announced.
