Candidates for Hue City civil servant recruitment exam in 2026

Pursuant to Decision No. 3459/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2025 of the Chairman of Hue City People's Committee on approving the recruitment results, the Civil Servant Recruitment Council issued Notice No. 5227/TB-HDTDCC dated November 10, 2025, officially recognizing the results of the 2025 civil servant recruitment. Of the total 236 candidates on the interview list, 218 attended, 18 were absent; as a result, 40 candidates were admitted, 196 were not admitted.

Successful candidates are required to complete their recruitment documents and send them to the Department of Home Affairs before November 30, 2025 for consideration of the issuance of a recruitment decision. The documents include diplomas, certificates, criminal records, health certificates and other relevant documents according to current regulations.

Previously, the 2025 civil service recruitment exam was organized seriously, publicly and transparently with 836 candidates registering to take the exam, aiming to select 50 positions to work in agencies, units and localities in Hue city. The exam consists of two rounds: Multiple choice test of general knowledge and foreign language on computer; round 2 is a written test and direct interview to assess professional capacity, situation handling skills and capacity to perform public duties.

The organization of the exam was carried out in accordance with regulations, objectively and fairly, thereby selecting a team of civil servants with capacity and professional qualifications, contributing to improving the efficiency of the administrative apparatus and meeting the development requirements of Hue city in the new period.
