The whole ward has organized more than 100 volunteer sessions to clean the environment, plant trees, and support digital transformation. The movements "Volunteer Saturday" and "Green Sunday" are maintained regularly, contributing to building a civilized, green - clean - beautiful urban area. 300 new union members have been admitted, 60 outstanding union members have been introduced to the Party for consideration.

The Congress passed the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term with 10 key targets, including striving for 100% of union members to study the Party and Union resolutions every year; implementing at least 5 youth projects associated with building green - clean - beautiful - smart urban areas; providing career counseling and orientation for 1,000 union members and young people each year.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Office Youth Union summarized and evaluated the implementation of the Resolution of the Youth Union Congress for the period 2024 - 2025; at the same time, discussed and proposed directions, goals, and tasks of the Youth Union and youth movement for the term 2025 - 2027. Delegates contributed many opinions to the documents of the National Youth Union Congress and the draft documents of the Congress of the Youth Union at the direct superior level; contributed opinions to amend and supplement the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

In the period of 2022 - 2025, the Youth Union and youth movement of the Provincial Border Guard have received attention and favorable conditions from the Party Committee, the Command and the Party Committee. The contingent of Youth Union cadres and Youth Union members has promoted the spirit of responsibility and pioneering in performing the task of protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security; actively participated in movement activities, maintained internal solidarity and close military-civilian relations at the border. Outstanding is the emulation movement "Young Border Guards practice morality, practice talent, be proactive and creative for territorial sovereignty and national border security". The entire force has participated in 4,124 unilateral and bilateral patrols with more than 34,600 people, promptly detecting and handling violations of the law. 100% of Youth Union members participating in training achieved high quality, of which over 80% achieved good and excellent results. On the internet, Border Youth posted and shared more than 2,100 news, articles and photos, attracting more than 1 million views, contributing to effectively combating and refuting false and hostile arguments.

In social security activities, the Youth Union of Tuyen Quang Border Guard mobilized more than 876 million VND and 3,605 working days to support the construction and repair of 1,316 Great Solidarity houses, with the total value of charity programs reaching 2.8 billion VND. The models "Green uniform teacher", "Border scissors", "Border lessons", "Lighting up the border area" were effectively maintained, spreading the beautiful image of Border Guard soldiers.

Along with that, the Border Guard youth are also the pioneer force in preventing and fighting natural disasters and epidemics; actively participating in search, rescue and relief. In the mass mobilization work, the Youth Unions organized 2,134 legal propaganda sessions for nearly 87,000 people; maintained more than 10,000 hours of broadcasting "Border Guard Loudspeaker", contributing to building a strong people's border defense.

With the spirit of sharing and responsibility, the youth of the provincial Border Guard effectively implemented the programs "Helping children go to school", "Adopted children of Border Guard stations", supporting 1,048 students and adopting 48 children with a total cost of more than 2.5 billion VND. Along with that, the youth unions maintained 14 twinning models with local unions, organized 46 exchange activities, discussions, and strengthened the solidarity between the army and people and friendship between the two sides of the border.

At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 period, such as: Continuing to promote the slogan of action "Determination, courage, intelligence, initiative, creativity, determination to win", constantly training and dedicating, contributing to building a strong people's border defense, firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security at the headland of the Fatherland.
