Promote agricultural restructuring towards high-tech agriculture, cooperative economy, develop key products associated with OCOP, build agricultural product brands. Combine trade - service development, eco-tourism, culture - religion, turn An Chau into an important service - economic center of the province.

Continue to take good care of social security, combining preservation with development of culture - beliefs and religions; closely combine economic development with strengthening national defense and security; maintain political stability, strengthen national and religious solidarity; proactively resolve complaints and denunciations, and prevent hot spots from arising.

The Congress approved 15 targets, of which the total state budget revenue for 5 years reached 896,735 million VND; the average income per capita in the area by 2030 compared to 2025 increased from 80 - 132 million VND; the multidimensional poverty rate by 2030 was equal to or lower than 1.8%; the rate of population participating in health insurance reached over 92.06%; the rate of party members and grassroots party organizations completing their annual tasks well was from 90%; the number of party members admitted to the party strived to be 3%/year...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of An Chau Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 33 comrades, the Standing Committee of 11 comrades. Comrade Dang Thi Hoa Ray was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the An Chau Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
