During a working trip to Sekong province (Lao PDR), on the evening of July 29, a delegation from Quang Nam province led by comrade Phan Thai Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to the family of comrade Bo Nhon - Le Viet Muong, the late Secretary - Governor of Sekong province, who was a native of Quang Nam.

In a solemn atmosphere, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh and the delegation respectfully offered incense to express their deep gratitude for the great sacrifices of comrades Bo Nhon - Le Viet Muong in the revolutionary cause of the two countries. Comrade Phan Thai Binh sent his warm regards to the wife and family of comrades Bo Nhon - Le Viet Muong.

Comrade Bo Nhon - Le Viet Muong was born in 1928 in Cam Nam commune, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province. In 1948, he was sent by the Party and State to help Laos build its forces to fight for the liberation of the Southern Laos region. After marrying a female youth cadre of Dac Chung district, comrade Le Viet Muong became a Lao citizen with the name Bo Nhon. After the liberation and unification of Laos (December 1975), he became the first Secretary - Governor of Sekong province. After that, he was transferred to the Central Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
