Praising and acknowledging the participation of the Department of Culture and Sports in the management and guidance of press activities, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung emphasized: Implementing the guiding ideology and major orientation of the Party and General Secretary To Lam on "the new era - the era of national rise", the Department of Culture and Sports needs to do a good job of advising, strengthening participation, guiding press agencies to effectively promote and communicate policies, and perform well the political tasks in propaganda work.

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung emphasized that as July 1, 2025 approaches, to ensure that the two-level local government apparatus operates smoothly and effectively, without interruption, communication work needs to promote its role, support and accompany localities in the transition process. On the one hand, promoting the management and guidance of press activities, on the other hand, the Department of Culture and Sports and press agencies in the capital need to promote the potential and effectiveness of multimedia journalism, focusing on communicating good ideas and new ways of doing things of localities. Thereby, contributing to strongly propagating the implementation of innovation, streamlining the organization of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient.

At the places visited, on behalf of the leaders of Hanoi city, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung sent his best wishes to the leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees working at the agencies. At the same time, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive and responsible contributions of the agencies in propagating and spreading the policies of the Party and State, especially the major programs and plans of Hanoi city to the masses, contributing to creating social consensus, strengthening trust and promoting sustainable development of the capital.

Visiting and congratulating the Voice of Vietnam, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee expressed his appreciation for the Radio's companionship with Hanoi over the past time, through many high-quality radio, television and electronic newspaper programs, promptly, accurately and comprehensively reflecting current issues, urban development, digital transformation and major policies of the Capital, especially in the current period, when Hanoi is working with the whole country to pilot the two-level local government model. He hoped that the Radio would continue to pay special attention to Hanoi in its broadcast programs, contributing to strengthening policy communication, consolidating trust and promoting socio-economic development in the locality.

At the People's Representative Newspaper, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung highly appreciated the newspaper's implementation of its political tasks in propaganda work, truly being "the Voice of the National Assembly, the forum of National Assembly deputies, People's Councils and voters". In particular, the Newspaper has had many quality articles reflecting the activities of Hanoi city, promptly conveying the voices of voters, contributing to improving the effectiveness of elected activities and building a socialist rule-of-law state.

At the Capital Women's Newspaper - the mouthpiece of the Hanoi Women's Union, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee shared his respect for the journalism team, and emphasized that in the context of strong development of digital media, press agencies need to innovate their thinking, improve professional capacity, focus on professional ethics, promote the application of modern technology, especially artificial intelligence and big data, in order to flexibly adapt to modern journalism trends.
