Tra Tan currently has 4 industrial clusters, 13 projects with a total capital of more than 3,000 billion VND of large companies and enterprises, with modern production technology, creating stable jobs for more than 3,000 local workers. Of which, Dong Ha industrial cluster has an area of 38.4 hectares, infrastructure investment capital of about 123 billion; Nam Ha industrial cluster has an area of 70.42 hectares, infrastructure investment capital of about 312 billion; Nam Ha 2 industrial cluster has an area of 74 hectares, infrastructure investment capital of about 318 billion and Tan Ha 3 industrial cluster has an area of 13.6 hectares.

According to the report of Tra Tan commune, up to now, Dong Ha industrial cluster has basically completed the essential items to meet the activities of secondary investment projects, with 13 secondary investors registered to invest with a land area of about 16.34 hectares, the occupancy rate is about 61.43%. Of which, 7 projects are under construction and operation.

Nam Ha Industrial Cluster alone has been leased the entire industrial production land area of about 48.56 hectares by Nam Ha Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd., achieving a 100% occupancy rate (Nam Ha Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. has implemented phase 1 of about 15 hectares of industrial land, completed construction of factory items and is operating with 3,000 workers).

Currently, Nam Ha 2 Industrial Cluster has attracted 5 secondary investors to lease investment with a total industrial production land area of 50.1 hectares, reaching an occupancy rate of 97.03%. In particular, Tan Ha 3 Industrial Cluster has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee (formerly Binh Thuan) in principle for the investment project to build and operate technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster in June 2025. Currently, the commune is coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade and other departments and branches of the province to announce the registration and selection of technical infrastructure investors in the cluster... In addition, Tra Tan is also completing procedures to develop a 300-hectare industrial park in the area.
