At the dialogue, the households openly and frankly exchanged, made recommendations and proposals related to the implementation of compensation and site clearance for the investment project to build barracks for units under Division 10, Corps 34. In particular, they requested clarification of the origin of the land; the division of the liquidation ratio of rubber gardens; and requested compensation for land on the grounds that the land was reclaimed by the people, the main source of income for the households was from contracts to take care of the gardens and harvest rubber latex, if the land was reclaimed, the people would be unemployed, greatly affecting their lives. However, the leader of Kon Tum Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. said that the unit had been leased by the Provincial People's Committee and granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights, so the wishes of the people were not considered.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam acknowledged the recommendations and proposals of the households. At the same time, he said that the Kon Tum Provincial People's Committee has issued many documents to report to competent authorities to guide the compensation and support for households that have contracted to take care of the garden with Kon Tum Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. However, at present, legally, there is no basis for resolution. Currently, the Ministry of National Defense is completing procedures to move to another investment location, so the land acquisition at this location is temporarily suspended. After the dialogue, the Provincial People's Committee will synthesize the recommendations of the people, submit them to competent authorities for consideration, and have policies to support households to ensure legitimate and legal rights, according to the provisions of law./.
