Lung Phin is a mountainous commune established on the basis of merging three communes: Lung Phin, Ho Quang Phin and Sung Trai. During the past term, under the leadership of the Party, the solidarity and the will to overcome difficulties of cadres and people of all ethnic groups in the commune, the Party Committee and people of Lung Phin commune have achieved important results in all fields. Party building work continues to be focused on, creating high unity in the Party Committee, consensus among the people, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. Potential and advantages in agriculture and tourism are promoted. The fields of culture, society and people are concerned, cared for and invested in development. National defense is strengthened, security, social order and safety are maintained; some issues with hidden complex factors in religious security that have existed for many years are focused on, directed resolutely, handled thoroughly and effectively. Social security policies are fully and promptly implemented; poverty reduction and policies for people with meritorious services are actively deployed; people's material and spiritual lives are improved.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and commended the results the commune has achieved in the past term. At the same time, he emphasized that, entering a new phase, Lung Phin commune needs to continue to promote Party building work, focusing on effectively implementing the model of "Four-good Party Cell", "Four-good Party Committee", improving the quality of Party members. At the same time, efforts should be made to overcome difficulties, promote existing strengths to build typical local agricultural products; preserve traditional occupations associated with tourism development. In particular, improve the quality of education ; perform well the work of social security; ensure national defense and security tasks, maintain social order and safety; promote democracy, the strength of great national unity to create high consensus among the people.
The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of Party Committees, Inspection Committees, and delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels. According to the Decision, the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term consists of 24 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Lung Phin Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
