Ngoc Khanh Walking Street is the newest walking street in Hanoi , opened on October 11. The project has an investment of 30 billion VND, with the establishment of a walking street combined with business services.
This walking street is located in Pham Huy Thong street, along Ngoc Khanh lake, starting at 6pm on Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. During the time the walking street is open, vehicles will not be allowed to enter this area.
