At the Hong Bang High School exam site, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long kindly visited and encouraged the candidates who were attentively listening to the regulations and instructions on exam procedures. He advised the candidates to spend time reviewing lightly, eating well, and resting properly after completing the exam procedures to maintain the best health and spirit for the important exam days ahead.
During the working session with the delegation, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee, said: Examination Council No. 3 of the Hai Phong Departmentof Education and Training has a total of 29,227 candidates registered to take the exam at 49 exam locations. Of which, 28,910 candidates took the exam under the 2018 General Education Program and 317 candidates took the exam under the 2006 General Education Program.
To organize the exam safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations, Hai Phong city mobilized 3,800 cadres, civil servants and public employees to participate in the work of invigilation, supervision and service of the exam; along with 400 cadres to perform the exam marking work.
The Hai Phong Department of Education and Training has organized thorough training on exam regulations for the team of exam supervisors and officials related to exam work in districts, towns and exam sites. In addition, the city also conducted separate training for leaders of the Department of Education and Training, exam site managers, principals and vice principals of high schools with exam sites to ensure that all organizational procedures are carried out seriously and in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Regarding the printing, transporting and preserving of exam papers, the Examination Council established 5 teams to transport exam papers from the printing and copying points to the examination points, consisting of police, supervisors and responsible members. The exam papers were kept in sealed boxes and all delivery and receipt were recorded under the close supervision of the police and examination inspectors.
The storage of exam papers and test papers at the testing sites is also carefully prepared. Each testing site has its own room, exam papers and test papers are stored in separate cabinets, carefully sealed, with security cameras continuously monitoring, ensuring coverage of all items containing exam papers and test papers.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long encouraged the candidates, thereby demonstrating the Government's close attention to education and training and the most important exam of the year for high school students. The Deputy Prime Minister wished the candidates to be calm, confident, do well on the test, make the most of the knowledge they have learned and reviewed, and achieve the highest results in the exam.
The 2025 high school graduation exam has special significance, being the first exam to apply the 2018 General Education Program synchronously to most candidates nationwide. Therefore, the organization in Hai Phong and other localities must be focused on and strictly implemented, with the determination to ensure that the exam takes place safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations and achieves good results.
