From night until early morning, the pho kitchens blazed with fire. Artist Truong Giang, along with representatives from various departments and agencies, performed the ritual of lighting the fire; chefs and volunteers busied themselves preparing and serving the people. More than 5,000 steaming bowls of pho, rich in traditional Vietnamese flavor, were handed directly to residents and students in the flood-affected areas.
As the Ambassador of Loving Pho, artist Truong Giang personally cooked and served pho, and donated 200 million VND and 500 cartons of milk to the children. The program also distributed gifts worth a total of 320 million VND, contributing to helping people stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
