According to the 2024 target, Tam Dai Commune Party Committee will develop 7 party members and will complete the congress resolution target (develop from 22 to 25 party members). In the following years, strive for 3% to 4% of the total number of party members of the commune Party Committee.
To complete this target, the Commune Party Committee has proposed groups of tasks and solutions; in which it emphasizes the requirement that socio -political organizations proactively coordinate with the government in implementing the construction of new rural areas and model villages to organize activities in the villages, groups, and residential areas. Thereby, gathering people and discovering positive and typical factors to create a source for developing new Party members.
Mr. Vo Duy Trinh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tam Dai commune said: "Each local political organization must introduce at least 2 outstanding people to attend the Party awareness class and consider this an important indicator in evaluating and classifying the level of completion of association work tasks during the year".
Along with assigning the target of developing party members in 2024, the Standing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee requested the Party Committees of communes and towns to focus on creating sources and developing party members in affiliated school Party cells.
It is necessary to assign members of the standing committee of the commune and town party committees to directly monitor school party cells that have not recruited party members for many years, to work with the party cells to develop a roadmap and plan to develop party members in schools.
According to a survey by the Organizing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee, as of February 2024, the district had 556 party members/964 managers, teachers, and employees, accounting for 58%. Through discovery, source creation, and Party awareness training, 96 teachers and employees aspired to join the Party.
Ms. Vo Thi Thu Thuy - Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned the Party Committees of communes and towns to direct school Party cells to develop plans to admit Party members suitable to the conditions and characteristics of each school.
Pay attention to and focus on the work of creating sources and recruiting party members in party cells with low party membership rates; improve the quality of party membership recruitment, not lowering quality for the sake of quantity...
“Every year, the work of reviewing the mass sources, registering targets, assigning targets for party member development and building party development plans is directed from the district to the grassroots level. The Party Committees of communes and towns regularly conduct surveys, evaluate and analyze the quality of outstanding masses, discover and create sources for party member development.
"Clearly defining the responsibilities of the Party cell, Party cell secretary, and Party members in propagating,educating , monitoring, and helping outstanding people strive to join the Party is the criterion for evaluating and classifying the quality of Party cells and Party members every year," Ms. Thuy shared.
