In the list of the most beautiful islands voted by DestinAsian, Phu Quoc Island (Vietnam) is in the top 10 islands/archipelagos in Asia. Vietnam's pearl island ranked 6th in the list, followed by Bali Island (Indonesia), followed by Maldives, Phuket (Thailand), Koh Samui (Thailand), Boracay (Philippines), Phu Quoc (Vietnam), Langkawi (Malaysia), Penang (Malaysia), Palawan (Philippines) and Lombok Island (Indonesia).

In the 17th "Reader Choice Award 2024" of the famous travel magazine DestinAsian, Ho Chi Minh City ranked 10th in the 10 best cities in Asia voted by DestinAsia readers.
