Phu Quy welcomes nearly 150,000 visitors

Thanks to its pristine beauty, the Phu Quy - Phan Thiet sea transport route operates relatively stably, the locality actively responds to the National Tourism Year 2023 event: Binh Thuan - Green Convergence... so the island district has recently become an attractive destination. In the first 3 quarters of this year, Phu Quy is estimated to welcome nearly 150,000 visitors to visit and experience the island district (an increase of about 61,100 visitors compared to the same period last year). Regarding tourism, the locality has also strengthened inspections of accommodation establishments and service establishments in the fields of culture, cuisine, and tourism to effectively list and sell at listed prices, ensure food hygiene and safety, environmental sanitation, and preserve green - clean - beautiful landscapes...

According to statistics from Phu Quy Port Management Board, in the first 9 months of 2023, there were 1,757 ships departing and arriving at the port, transporting more than 364,200 passengers, of which 148,887 were tourists to the island district (of which more than 2,200 were foreign passengers).
