The province continues to maintain the operation of three citizen reception offices in three areas, operating according to unified hours.
Of which, Citizen Reception Office No. 1 is located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Viet Tri Ward; Office No. 2 is located on Ly Hai Street, Vinh Phuc Ward and Office No. 3 is located on No. 6, Mac Dinh Chi Street, Hoa Binh Ward.

To ensure the leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned nine Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to be responsible for continuing to direct and implement specific tasks according to assigned fields in the areas of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc , and Hoa Binh (until a new assignment).
When the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is absent, a Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will be authorized to manage the work of the Provincial People's Committee.
Currently, communes and wards in the province are both strengthening staff and increasing civil servants and youth union members to support people.
