Over the years, the Party Committee and the Command of Coast Guard Region 4 have focused on leading and directing the effective management and improvement of the quality of fuel depots; strictly maintaining the regular procedures and discipline of the industry; preserving, maintaining, and storing technical equipment and materials in the depots according to regulations, preventing loss, waste, or deterioration due to subjective errors. The facilities within the depots are always synchronized, appropriately arranged, and fully equipped with fire prevention and firefighting equipment and safety measures.
