On the morning of August 16, in the exciting atmosphere of competition to welcome the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the People's Committee of An Bien Ward ( Hai Phong ) organized a launching ceremony to synchronously carry out the following tasks: Ensuring traffic safety and order, sidewalk order, environmental sanitation and deploying the movement "Saturday with the people" on Thien Loi Street.
