Cua Nam Ward currently has 14 educational establishments, including 8 kindergartens, 2 primary schools, 2 secondary schools and 2 independent preschool groups, of which 90% of the schools meet national standards. The whole sector has more than 1,300 students and more than 600 officers, teachers and employees.

Not only developing in scale, the quality of mass education and key education of the ward also has many positive changes. The innovation of content, teaching methods and assessment towards developing learners' capacity and qualities continues to be promoted at all levels. Investment in equipment and application of information technology in teaching are focused; the work of eliminating illiteracy and universalizing education at all levels is effectively implemented, creating conditions for all subjects with learning needs to go to school.
In the 2025-2026 school year, Cua Nam Ward has 4 teachers participating in the City-level competition for excellent secondary school teachers. Many students have participated and won high prizes in City, National and International competitions. The ward's teachers have made great efforts to implement Uncle Ho's teachings: "No matter how difficult it is, we must continue to compete to teach well and study well." In addition to the collectives and individuals who have received noble awards, there are many other units and individuals who are still striving every day to excellently complete their tasks, contributing to the education and training career of the ward and the City.
Collectives and individuals were awarded at the ceremony
In the past time, the Education and Training sector of Cua Nam ward has achieved many proud results: 1 collective was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government; 1 individual was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister; 1 collective and 7 individuals were proposed to be awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Education and Training . In addition, 1 collective was awarded the Emulation Flag of the City; 3 collectives were awarded the Certificate of Merit of the City; 7 collectives were recognized as the title of Excellent Labor Collective at the City level; 5 individuals were awarded the title of City Emulation Fighter; 12 individuals were awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Chairman of the City People's Committee; and especially 1 teacher was awarded the Award "Devoted and Creative Hanoi Teacher".

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward Pham Tuan Long emphasized: Although there are still many difficulties and challenges, with the attention and direction of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training and other departments and branches; along with the efforts, creativity and solidarity, the team of teachers, managers and civil servants in charge of education of the ward have excellently completed their tasks. The Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of the ward always determines to develop the education and training career in the direction of modernization; continue to innovate and improve the quality of comprehensive education; build national standard schools and high-quality school models; strive for 100% of managers and teachers to meet standards, with a high rate of above-standard. At the same time, the ward focuses on educating students on qualities, ethics, traditions and civilized and elegant lifestyles, aiming to effectively implement educational goals in the spirit of Resolution No. 71 dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.
