"The procedure was quick and I was also offered candy and drinks. It was very friendly and convenient. With such a quick and civilized procedure, I saved time and I will guide and introduce my parents to go by themselves next time. Before, I always had to take my parents to work, which took a lot of time," Thanh excitedly said.

Mr. Thuan shared: "Today, my children and grandchildren are all busy with work and school, so I went to the Ward to get the money myself. Old age is confusing with automatic technology, but the AI robot has served very attentively. With the support of the robot, old people like us can easily access the counter to do the procedures we need to do."
Cua Nam Ward was formed on the basis of merging some wards of old districts such as Hoan Kiem and Hai Ba Trung. Specifically, Cua Nam Ward now includes the entire natural area and population of the wards: Tran Hung Dao, Hang Bai, Phan Chu Trinh; most of the natural area and population of Cua Nam Ward and part of the area of the wards: Hang Bong, Hang Trong, Trang Tien; Pham Dinh Ho Ward and Nguyen Du Ward.
Bringing AI robots to serve people and businesses in Cua Nam ward in the field of public services is part of the strategy to build Cua Nam ward into an information technology development ward, serving socio -economic development in the direction of high-quality services.

Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City, said that AI Robots are capable of communicating, providing advice, welcoming, guiding people to get a queue number, scanning QR codes to look up information and showing them the way to the correct counter. "Robots are capable of serving people drinks and candies at their seats, and are also a "one-stop administrative content library", so that people can proactively learn and carry out administrative procedures. Putting robots into service not only improves operational efficiency, reduces human resources, but also helps reduce the time it takes for people to carry out procedures. This helps people clearly feel a friendly, efficient and effective government," said Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram.
According to Ms. Trinh Ngoc Tram, many businesses, restaurants in Hoan Kiem district in the past, or hotel tourism services have applied robots to serve customers. However, the fact that state administrative agencies have used robots to serve people in administrative procedures is very new. People coming to do administrative procedures when encountering AI robots in Cua Nam ward were very interested and satisfied with the service at the ward.
"We always take people's satisfaction as a measure of evaluation and will try step by step to improve, have the most optimal products and applications to best serve the people," Ms. Tram emphasized.
Cua Nam Ward is the first ward in Hanoi to introduce AI robots to public administrative points. This is an upgraded version of the AI robot that was piloted by the Hanoi People's Committee in the "Pho So Ha Thanh" program to stimulate trade and promote culinary culture and tourism.
Currently, the robot has 6 main functions such as: Service consulting and automatic queue number issuance; collecting and sending online feedback; automatic movement, water and candy distribution in the waiting area; on-site consulting and support...
In the coming time, the robot will continue to be upgraded with new features to further optimize the service. The robot plays the role of both an employee and an integrated service library, helping people save time on procedures and feel comfortable and proactive when using the service. This is the most important criterion demonstrating the effectiveness of the 2-level local government transformation model.
