Dong Ninh Hoa Ward: Equipping fire prevention and fighting skills for teachers and students

On the morning of October 13, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 5 coordinated with Tran Quoc Toan Secondary School (Dong Ninh Hoa Ward) to organize propaganda, training and experience in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and first aid skills for the school's staff, teachers and students.

Firefighting and rescue team officers of Region 5 imparted basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting to teachers and students; instructed them on how to recognize fire and explosion risks in schools and homes; how to use fire extinguishers, wet blankets and on-site equipment to fight fires, as well as safe escape skills in case of an incident.

Students enthusiastically followed instructions on fire prevention and fighting skills.

The activity has a meaningful contribution to fostering safe living skills, building a culture of fire prevention in schools; at the same time, enhancing coordination between fire prevention, firefighting and rescue forces and schools in educating community awareness and protecting people's lives and property.
