Dong Van Ward is ready for the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to participate in the live television bridge celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The Investment Project for Construction of Resettlement Area in Dong Van Ward (Location No. 02) to serve the site clearance of the North-South High-Speed Railway Project is located in Giap Nhi Residential Group.

Officers of the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department of Dong Van ward surveyed the construction site of the resettlement area.

The resettlement area is bordered by newly planned residential land to the North; by the high-speed railway on the North-South axis and planned green land to the South; by the existing drainage canal to the East; and by the high-speed railway on the North-South axis to the West. This is one of the four bridges and projects of the province and 250 works and projects nationwide that will be started and inaugurated on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). To prepare for this important event, Dong Van ward is actively preparing and completing the conditions for the project groundbreaking ceremony on August 19.

The high-speed railway running through Dong Van ward is about 4,812m long, with an expected corridor width of about 52m. The project has a total area of about 25.4 hectares. It is expected that the project will need about 66 resettlement plots. Immediately after reviewing the households in the affected area, Dong Van ward planned to build a resettlement area on plot OM-07 and surrounding traffic routes according to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan, urban subdivision No. 1 (Northwest subdivision) under the previous general planning adjustment of Duy Tien town. To ensure the progress, project procedures and groundbreaking ceremony of the resettlement area as planned, on August 1, 2025, Dong Van Ward People's Committee issued Decision No. 54/QD-UBND on approving the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the resettlement area to serve the site clearance of the high-speed railway project in the area (master plan); in which, the Resettlement Area (location 02) has a scale of 1.17ha, with 49 resettlement plots with an area of ^40-100m2 planned... During the implementation process, the Party Committee and Dong Van Ward People's Committee directed and directed the specialized department to quickly complete the procedures and documents in accordance with the regulations and submit them to the competent authority for approval; at the same time, explain and supplement the content of comments and contributions to the project development of the departments and branches.

Mr. Tran Thai Binh , Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Dong Van Ward, said: On August 12, 2025, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province issued Decision No. 391/QD-UBND approving the Technical Economic Report of the Resettlement Area Construction Investment Project in Dong Van Ward (location No. 02) to serve the site clearance of the North-South High-Speed Railway Project. Next, the People's Committee of Dong Van Ward issued a decision approving the plan to select a contractor for the resettlement area construction project; approving the results of the designation of the construction and equipment package (including traffic safety costs). The designated contractor is the Nam Ha Noi Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation (Duy Tien Ward).

As of August 14, 2025, Dong Van Ward People's Committee has leveled and rolled the ground at the location where the project groundbreaking ceremony will be held; installed the stage and decorated the location of the ceremony; coordinated with relevant units to develop a plan to ensure traffic, security and order; built the ceremony layout according to the instructions of the Ministry of Construction ...

Mr. Dang Van Hong, Chairman of Dong Van Ward People's Committee shared: It is an honor and pride that the Resettlement Area Project serving the site clearance of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis in Dong Van Ward is one of four projects of the province selected to participate in the live television broadcast of the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of works and projects to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at 80 locations nationwide. In order to ensure that the groundbreaking ceremony takes place solemnly and safely, Dong Van Ward has been urgently preparing conditions thoughtfully and thoroughly in all aspects.
