Gia Sang Ward: 99% of administrative procedures resolved before deadline

After more than a month of officially operating the 2-level local government model, Gia Sang Ward Public Administration Service Center has received 1,005 administrative procedure files. Of which, the specialized department has processed 906 files, of which 896 files were completed ahead of schedule (accounting for nearly 99% of the processed files); the remaining files are being processed on time.

The fields with a large volume of records include: Authentication (378 records), social security (236 records) and civil status (184 records)... The application of online public services, digitization of records and publicization of processing procedures have helped shorten processing time, raising the rate of public administrative procedures (TTHC) in the ward to 100%, digitization of records to 82.3% and return of electronic results to 82.8%.

According to the assessment, the majority of people and organizations are satisfied with the spirit and service attitude of the staff and civil servants as well as the quality of handling documents. The highly appreciated factors include: Enthusiasm, specific instructions; timely processing time; public and transparent reception process.

To achieve the above results, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Gia Sang Ward have directed specialized departments and offices to strengthen inspection and supervision of the progress and quality of administrative procedure settlement; organize regular meetings to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and improve the spirit of serving the people.
