Ha Long Ward meets businesses on Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day

To celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, on the afternoon of October 13, Ha Long Ward organized a meeting with businesses. Nearly 200 delegates representing departments, branches, wards, businesses and entrepreneurs in the area attended.

Ha Long ward leaders presented the decision to establish Ha Long ward Business Association.

Speaking at the meeting, the leaders of Ha Long ward expressed their respect and gratitude for the great contributions of businesses and entrepreneurs to the local development in recent times.

Since July 1st, Ha Long ward has achieved many positive results in implementing socio -economic development tasks. Of which, domestic revenue in the area reached nearly 100 billion VND, equal to 82.6% of the province's assigned estimate; supported the establishment of 88 new enterprises and issued 559 new business registration certificates; successfully organized many major events; introduced new jobs for nearly 500 workers... The above results have had significant contributions from nearly 1,600 enterprises in the ward.

In the 2025-2030 term, Ha Long ward has set the goal of building a key, exemplary, rich, civilized, affectionate, happy ward, firmly moving forward with the province and the country in the era of national development. Therefore, Ha Long ward commits to accompany, promptly remove difficulties, promote administrative reform, create the most favorable conditions for businesses in particular and the private economy in general.

On this occasion, Ha Long ward awarded the decision to establish the ward Business Association; at the same time, congratulated 10 newly established enterprises since July 1, 2025.
