During the past term, the Ward Women's Union has successfully completed the Resolution's targets, with 2 targets exceeded and 7 targets achieved. The emulation movements "Building a new-age Vietnamese woman" and "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" have spread strongly, with over 90% of members achieving emulation titles. The Union also actively applied information technology, promoted digital transformation, helped more than 60% of branch officials know how to use online applications in work management and guided more than 600 members to install and use digital applications in transactions and life.

On October 14, the Women's Union of Lien Son commune held the first Congress of Women's Delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress was attended by 150 delegates, representing more than 1,800 members.
