The Provincial Public Administration Service Center was established on July 1, 2025 on the basis of merging the administrative centers of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai provinces before, currently has 2 facilities at 127 Hai Ba Trung (Quy Nhon ward) and 69 Hung Vuong (Pleiku ward), with 4 affiliated specialized departments.
In recent times, the Center has proactively advised on many synchronous solutions, maintaining smooth administrative procedure receiving and returning results during the transition to a two-level government model. Notably, the deployment of digital signatures for 100% of cadres and civil servants; putting into use the electronic Party Member Handbook, Virtual Assistant for professional support and the paperless meeting room system, contributing to cost savings, increasing publicity and transparency in operations.

Coordination between the Center and departments and branches was enhanced through the establishment of a "Rapid Response Team" to provide online technical support to 135 groups of commune-level officials on the iGate system.
The Center organized 8 online training sessions to help grassroots staff master the process and ensure stable system operation after the merger.
In serving the people, the Center has deployed 2,142 online public services, including 823 full-process services; the rate of online records reached 81.5%, and records resolved on time reached 97.5%. From July 1, 2025 to August 24, 2025, the whole province received 227,748 applications, of which more than 185,000 applications were submitted online.
The center also coordinated with BIDV and Agribank to open 91 online public service agency models and install smart kiosks at commune-level one-stop shops, creating convenience for people to operate and reducing waiting time.

According to the National Public Service Portal, in August 2025, Gia Lai province ranked 6th out of 34 provinces and cities in terms of service index for people and businesses; the Publicity and Transparency criteria group alone achieved the maximum score (18/18). The satisfaction survey system, which has been in operation since the beginning of August 2025, recorded that over 90% of people rated it as "very satisfied".

Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee Dinh Ly An acknowledged and highly appreciated the Center's efforts in proactively maintaining the electronic administrative system after the province's merger.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Center continue to promote creativity, boost data connectivity, improve service quality for people and businesses; focus on information security and safety; regularly survey satisfaction levels to promptly adjust and improve public administrative service processes in a modern and professional direction.
