Attending the inauguration ceremony of the "charity house" were representatives of the People's Committee of Trinh Tuong commune, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Lao Cai province, representatives of Phuoc Long pagoda, and many local people.

Due to the impact of storm No. 3 in September 2024, many households in Trinh Tuong commune had their houses and structures damaged, causing great losses in production. The people of Trinh Tuong commune have received support from many agencies, units, organizations, and philanthropists across the country.
In particular, Phuoc Long Pagoda ( Ho Chi Minh City) supported 11 households that suffered serious damage caused by floods with a total amount of 660 million VND (supporting each household with 60 million VND) to rebuild houses and soon stabilize their lives.

At the inauguration ceremony, representatives of the households expressed their deep gratitude for the attention of all levels, sectors and the kindness of Phuoc Long Pagoda; at the same time, they promised to make good use of the donated house, focus on developing production to stabilize their lives, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality.
Phuoc Long Pagoda's support in building 11 houses for the people of Trinh Tuong commune not only demonstrates the spirit of "mutual love" and "helping each other", but also contributes to strengthening the great national unity bloc, demonstrating the responsibility of religious organizations in social security work in the locality.
