The Board of Directors of Ha Tinh Newspaper, Radio and Television respectfully invites experts, researchers, artists and a large number of collaborators - informants to submit articles, paintings, photos, short stories, poems, parallel sentences... for the Spring publication of Binh Ngo 2026.

The content of the work focuses on reflecting the achievements in the innovation of the country and homeland, especially the outstanding results of Ha Tinh in 2025 in all fields; bringing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term into life; customs and cultural beauty of celebrating traditional New Year in the countryside; famous landscapes, relics, traditional festivals of Ha Tinh...
