Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Training of cadres, tour guides, collaborators, and referees of grassroots sports

From December 3-5, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a training course for officials, tour guides, collaborators and referees of physical education and sports (TDTT) at the grassroots level in Hung Yen province in 2025.

Delegates attended the opening ceremony of the training course.

The class was attended by over 100 students who were officers from the Department of Culture and Society , the Center for Cultural and Social Services, and tour guides and collaborators from communes and wards in the province.

During the training course, the trainees were presented with a number of legal documents on the field of physical training and sports; plans to organize sports festivals at all levels in Hung Yen province in 2026 and to participate in the 10th National Sports Festival in 2026; instructions on organizing commune-level sports festivals; methods of organizing and refereeing grassroots sports; competition rules, some basic techniques and methods of organizing Pickleball competitions.
