Nguyen Trai Commune: Organizing the awarding of 126 land use right certificates

On the afternoon of December 4, Nguyen Trai commune organized the awarding of agricultural land use right certificates to households and individuals in the commune.

This time, the commune awarded 126 agricultural land use right certificates to households and individuals who met the conditions according to regulations. These are households and individuals belonging to   3 villages:   Me Xa, Mao Xuyen and Nhan Ly were selected as points by the commune. The total number of reviewed records requiring certificates of land use rights for the 3 villages is   359.

In addition to the 126 certificates that have been issued, the remaining files are being processed to submit for signature and issuance of certificates to the people.   The specialized department actively reviews documents and guides people to complete procedures in accordance with land law regulations.

For residential land, from July 1st to now, the commune has issued 251 land use right certificates.
