The Thach Ha Regional Power Management Team is managing and supplying electricity to more than 51,300 customers. At this time, the unit is focusing on checking and handling grid defects, cleaning and maintaining equipment, speeding up the restoration process, and standardizing the grid after the storm to provide safe and stable electricity to customers during the peak month at the end of the year, contributing to the growth of commercial electricity output at the unit.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Head of the Thach Ha Regional Power Management Team said: “By the end of November, the commercial electricity output reached 137,102,899kWh; 1,248 more customers were added. The medium voltage loss rate reached 2%, down 0.14% compared to 2024; the low voltage loss rate reached 4.47%, down 0.28% compared to 2024. At this time, we give the highest priority to operation work, promptly handling existing problems on the grid; at the same time, we coordinate to support contractors to speed up the progress of restoring the grid after the storm, striving to reach the finish line on time by December 31st”.

The year 2025 is of great significance in the 5-year plan of Ha Tinh Electricity Company. Right from the beginning of the year, the company has launched many practical emulation movements, closely following the production and business tasks such as: "Strive to fully complete the 2025 plan targets"; "Ensure safe and stable power supply during the Lunar New Year"; 5S power grid movement towards "Safety - Cleanliness - Aesthetics - Reduced power loss"... In particular, after the impact of two storms No. 5 and No. 10, the company launched an emulation movement to quickly overcome the damage, with the motto: "Quickly overcome the damage - Determined to reach the finish line early", calling on all employees to speed up and make efforts to restore the power grid, striving to complete the production and business plan for 2025.
At the units, the spirit of emulation is urgent and fierce in each target: reducing incidents, reducing power loss, speeding up construction investment projects, handling existing power grid corridors, inspecting and controlling the scene... Working groups led by company leaders also "stationed" at units with large workloads to remove difficulties and handle arising problems right at the scene.


Mr. Pham Viet Thang - Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Electricity Company said: "After two storms No. 5 and No. 10, the workload of the electricity industry is extremely large, both ensuring quick recovery of the power grid and focusing on completing the targets according to the plan assigned by the Northern Electricity Corporation. The leaders have issued a detailed work framework and closely monitored each task; clearly assigned and linked targets with specific responsibilities to each unit, department and individual; launched a peak emulation campaign to arouse the spirit and responsibility of each officer and employee towards the common goals of the whole company. Thanks to flexible solutions, many targets were achieved and exceeded in terms of time, progress and completion efficiency."
By the end of November, commercial electricity output reached nearly 1,555 billion kWh, up 5.63% over the same period in 2024, reaching 90.09% of the annual plan. The rate of non-cash electricity payment reached 100%; 100% of electricity service requests were received and resolved online at level 4; the electricity access index reached 3.17 days, down 1.83 days compared to the plan.
Power loss rates and reliability indicators continue to improve. Many technologies such as SCADA/OMS, automatic recloser, and hotline repair continue to be widely applied, helping to shorten power outage times and improve power supply reliability.
Focus on the task of providing stable power supply at the end of the year

At the end of the year, the demand for electricity of people and businesses increases very high, especially during the upcoming Christmas and Lunar New Year holidays. To proactively provide safe and stable electricity, Ha Tinh Electricity Company directs its affiliated units to strengthen grid inspection, review all loads to soon have a plan to consolidate the power line system and transformer stations; arrange on-duty forces, prepare enough materials and spare equipment to handle promptly if any incidents occur. At the same time, coordinate with local authorities to clear and clear the power grid corridor, promote propaganda on safe and economical electricity use among the people, especially during holidays and New Year.
Mr. Phan Van Anh - Head of Business Department of Ha Tinh Electricity Company shared that the end of the year is a very important period in completing production and business targets. The Business Department has been coordinating with affiliated power units to update data, analyze load trends, identify new growth areas to propose appropriate management solutions.

In addition, the unit continues to implement customer care programs, promote safe, economical, and efficient electricity use, and associate with year-end gratitude activities. Our consistent goal is to improve service quality, optimize business targets, and contribute to the overfulfillment of the company's 2025 production and business plan,” said Mr. Phan Van Anh, Head of Sales Department, Ha Tinh Electricity Company.


At the construction site for restoring the power grid, the critical path is being accelerated day by day. This is the most urgent and priority task of the electricity industry from now until the end of the year. Contractors are highly focused, mobilizing maximum human resources and machinery to simultaneously speed up the items: erecting new poles, replacing and installing equipment, getting ready to pull wires, and energizing according to the assigned deadline.
Mr. Do Tien Hung - Director of Ha Tinh Electricity Company emphasized: "The Company directs departments, offices; regional electricity management teams to coordinate with contractors, support human resources, strengthen construction supervision to ensure progress, safe construction, and quality. Accordingly, implement a daily reporting regime for the Board of Directors to have timely direction, remove difficulties to fulfill the commitment to complete the restoration of the power grid, preserve the target of commercial electricity output in 2025. More importantly, the early and comprehensive completion of this year's targets will open up a solid premise for 2026 and the new 5-year plan, improve service quality, and directly contribute to the socio-economic development of the province".
