Approval of investment policy for golf course worth nearly 1,800 billion VND in Ha Tinh

(Baohatinh.vn) - The 36-hole golf course project approved by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for investment is located in Thach Xuan commune with an area of ​​180 hectares.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued Decision No. 62/QD_UBND approving the investment policy of the 36-hole sports golf course project under the Southwest Sports Planning Area, old Thach Ha district; at the same time approving the investor as Ha Tinh Tourism and Sports Services Joint Stock Company.

The project has a land use area of ​​about 180 hectares in Thach Xuan commune with a total estimated investment of 1,798.56 billion VND and an operating period of 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate and lease land.

Design capacity of 36-hole golf course and auxiliary works for golf course business activities (works for management, operation, exploitation, use, golf course business and accommodation facilities, services for players).

Within 27 months from the date of land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose change, the investor must complete the entire project and put it into operation.

The 36-hole sports golf course project is implemented with the goal of providing golf services, training, golf competitions and accommodation services to meet the needs of diversifying forms of entertainment, physical development and community health.

At the same time, the project also contributes to shifting the local economic structure towards increasing services, attracting tourism development, high-quality entertainment services; ensuring sustainable and effective development, exploiting land funds and creating jobs for local workers, increasing the state budget, bringing practical profits to businesses...

Ha Tinh currently has Muong Thanh - Xuan Thanh golf course with an area of ​​112 hectares, including 3 sub-areas: 18-hole golf course, sports service center and hotel and restaurant area. This is a project that creates a breakthrough for the development of golf course tourism in Ha Tinh.
