On the morning of November 20, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Truc commune held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a charity house "Supporting schooling" for Nguyen Huy Hoang Long (born in 2017), a child of a family with extremely difficult circumstances. Long lost his mother (who passed away due to cancer). Currently, the two brothers live with their father in poor living conditions.

The house was built with an area of nearly 30 square meters, with a total cost of 120 million VND supported by Hung Yen Newspaper, Radio and Television, the Provincial Red Cross and Minh Phuong Company Limited.
Supporting the construction of charity houses is a meaningful activity, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love and support, promoting community responsibility, and providing motivation for Long and his brothers to overcome difficulties and continue their studies.
