The output value up to now has reached about 220 billion VND. Regarding the site clearance work of the project section passing through the province, up to now, the communes have basically completed the site clearance work for agricultural land, expected to be completed in November 2025; for residential land, localities are carrying out the inventory, publicizing the plan and submitting it for appraisal and approval; implementing the construction of resettlement areas in 7/10 communes where the project passes through, and building 2 cemeteries to relocate graves in the project area...

The construction unit has urgently implemented the construction of project items. Up to now, within the handed-over land area, construction and installation work has basically been completed. The area of ​​land that has not been cleared is mainly residential land, concentrated at 3 intersection locations (intersection of Road 221A, intersection of Road DH.30, intersection of National Highway 37B) and some interspersed locations in agricultural land...

At the inspection session, localities reported on the implementation of projects; proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in site clearance and resettlement arrangements, etc.

Speaking at the inspection session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lai Van Hoan emphasized the role of transport projects in the province's development. At the same time, he requested departments and branches to closely coordinate with localities to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in site clearance work, urging contractors to speed up construction progress, ensuring progress and quality of works.

Regarding the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Investment Project, the section passing through the province, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to urgently complete the site clearance work for agricultural land in November 2025; departments, branches, and localities coordinate with contractors to speed up the progress of project implementation, arrange resettlement, cemeteries, and remove difficulties in material supply. Construction units mobilize machinery and human resources to carry out construction at locations where land is available, ensuring project disbursement progress according to plan.

Regarding the Line 3 project of the Investment Project to build trunk roads connecting to functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed   Localities coordinate with departments, branches and construction units to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in land acquisition and clearance for residential land, promptly hand over the site to construction units, ensure project implementation progress according to plan, including speeding up resettlement arrangements; enhancing the role and responsibility of leaders in project implementation.
