Specifically, the flood on Cai Nha Trang River has peaked and is decreasing, the flood peak at Dong Trang station at 9:02 a.m. on December 4 was 9.02 m, 0.48 m below alarm level 2. The flood on Dinh Ninh Hoa River is rising slowly, the flood on Cai Phan Rang River has decreased below alarm level 1.
At 11:00 a.m. on December 4, the water level at the stations was as follows: On the Dinh Ninh Hoa River at Duc My station was 14.52m, 0.98m below alarm level 1. At Ninh Hoa Hydrological Station it was 4.38m, 0.18m above alarm level 1.
On Cai Nha Trang River at Dong Trang Hydrological Station, it is 8.78m, 0.72m below alarm level 2. On Cai Phan Rang River at Tan My Hydrological Station, it is 35.4m, 0.1m below alarm level 1. At Phan Rang Station, it is 2.09m, 0.41m below alarm level 1.
