Trung Khanh Vinh Commune People's Committee organizes propaganda on administrative reform in 2025

On December 4, the People's Committee of Trung Khanh Vinh commune organized a conference to propagate administrative reform (AR) in 2025 to thoroughly grasp key tasks and raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, and mass organizations in implementing AR and digital transformation in the locality.

At the conference, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee disseminated the key tasks of administrative reform in 2025, including: Institutional reform, administrative procedure reform; building e-government - digital government; improving the quality of cadres and civil servants; increasing support for people to submit documents online, use VNeID, exploit information on the Public Service Portal; mobilizing people and businesses to participate in reflecting and making recommendations through the online system.

The conference also evaluated the results of administrative reform implementation in recent times, especially the implementation of the 2-level government model and digital transformation in Trung Khanh Vinh commune. Accordingly, 100% of the commune's administrative procedure records have been digitized, signed and processed in the electronic environment; the rate of correct and early records reached over 99.8%; online public services continue to be promoted, creating convenience for people in the process of carrying out procedures.
