In 2025, regional civil enforcement offices have had many flexible, proactive methods and solutions to perform tasks in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring the implementation of targets and tasks according to the 2025 work plan.

Specifically, during the year, the total number of tasks to be performed was 52,045 (35,336 tasks were eligible for execution, accounting for 67.90% of the total number to be performed), 29,816 tasks were completed, reaching 84.38%, exceeding the target assigned by the Department (83.98%).

Regarding the amount of money with conditions for execution, the completed execution amount is nearly 5,000 billion VND, reaching 56.92% (exceeding the target assigned by the Department by 4.95%).

In 2025, the unit received 938 petitions (219 complaints; 85 denunciations; 634 reflections and recommendations). Thereby, 241 petitions were archived due to duplicate content ; 269 petitions were transferred; 377 petitions were responded to ; 51 petitions were accepted and resolved (38 complaints; 13 denunciations)...

To successfully implement the 2026 goals, Head of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department Nguyen Van Vu requested heads of specialized departments and heads of regional civil judgment enforcement departments to proactively follow the directives of superiors, develop plans and direct implementation right from the first days and months of the working year.

Accordingly, continue to promote the completion of the new operating model to effectively implement civil judgment enforcement after the merger. Focus on organizing judgment enforcement, especially judgments with enforcement conditions of over 1 year that have not been completed and credit judgments, judgments with large enforcement value...
