Delegation of departments, agencies and branches of Tuyen Quang province participated in the "Van Son - Neighboring" exchange workshop in Chau Van Son, Yunnan province, China

At the invitation of the Organizing Committee of the Van Son Chau Party Committee, Yunnan Province, China, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China, from October 13, 2025 to October 16, 2025, the working delegation of Tuyen Quang province led by Mr. Phan Anh Hung, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, participated in the second "Van Son - Neighboring" Workshop for Party and Government officials, held in Chau Van Son. Also participating in the working delegation were representatives of leaders and officials of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Office, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Provincial Police.

The delegation attended the exchange workshop.

The delegation participated in exchange activities, sharing experiences on Party and government building, and learning about Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Comrade Phan Anh Hung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board - Head of the Working Delegation, on behalf of the Delegation, briefly introduced some features of the situation of Tuyen Quang province after the merger, the outstanding results in the work of Party and government building, especially the operation of the 2-level local government model being implemented, the maintenance of cooperative relations and friendly exchanges between Tuyen Quang and Yunnan provinces in the work of Party and government building, economy , trade, culture and tourism.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of Van Son District Party Committee, comrade Tran Tri, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Van Son District Party Committee expressed his joy to welcome the delegation of Tuyen Quang province on behalf of the Organizing Committee of Van Son District Party Committee. He hoped that Vietnam and China in general, Yunnan province and Tuyen Quang province in particular, would continue to maintain a good friendly relationship, strengthen exchange and connection activities, and maintain the signed friendly relationship between the border communes of Tuyen Quang province and the corresponding localities of China in the coming time. During the working trip to Chau Van Son, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Delegation and representatives of Chau Van Son Organizing Committee visited a number of economic models of agriculture , science and technology, health, culture - tourism, industrial parks; visited the Van But Tower cultural exhibition in Van Son city - a place marking the history of friendly relations between Vietnam and China.

In the coming time, the "Van Son - Neighboring" exchange activities will continue to be maintained according to the signed cooperation agreement between the two sides. Comrade Phan Anh Hung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Head of the Working Delegation, on behalf of the Delegation, thanked the leaders and cadres of Chau Van Son for their warm welcome, hoping that the results of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (1950-2025) will continue to be promoted through cooperative activities and friendly exchanges in the coming time.

On the afternoon of October 16, 2025, the Delegation successfully concluded its working trip to Chau Van Son, Yunnan Province, China as scheduled. Through this activity, it contributed to continuing to develop the good friendly and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and China.
