Students participate in communication activities with the theme "Not alone - Together, stay safe in cyberspace". |
The program attracted nearly 1,000 students, 76 officials, teachers and 150 parents and local leaders to participate enthusiastically. Through activities such as discussions, games, interactive sharing... students and parents were equipped with knowledge about network safety, self-protection skills and how to speak up when facing risks or witnessing friends being hurt online.
The “Not Alone” campaign was initiated by the Digital Trust Alliance, sponsored by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and coordinated with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security), the National Cyber Security Association and the Hanoi People's Committee.
The activity is part of Plan International Vietnam's efforts to help young people, especially girls, become "change leaders" - proactively protecting themselves, contributing to building a safer, more friendly and compassionate online environment.
