During this period, Phuong Liet Ward had 245 party members honored to receive the badge from 30 years to 80 years of Party membership. Specifically: 1 party member received the 80-year badge; 1 party member received the 75-year badge; 1 party member received the 70-year badge; 2 party members received the 65-year badge. In addition, representatives of the City Party Committee and the Ward Party Committee also awarded the 60-year badge to 29 party members, 14 party members received the 55-year badge, 28 party members received the 50-year badge, 65 party members received the 45-year badge, 68 party members received the 40-year badge, and 35 party members received the 30-year badge.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Bui Huyen Mai expressed her deep gratitude to generations of veteran party members. She emphasized: The party members receiving the Party Badge today are not only a source of pride for themselves and their families, but also a shining example for the next generation to learn from and follow. The Party Badge is a noble reward, a symbol of a long journey of serving the Party, the Fatherland and the people. It is a recognition of loyal party members who have continuously contributed to the revolutionary cause.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Comrade Bui Huyen Mai hopes that Party members will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, courage and intelligence. At the same time, actively participate in Party building and educate the revolutionary tradition to the younger generation. Comrades are an important bridge between the Party and the people. Thereby contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, building a clean and strong political system. Comrade also called on all people of Phuong Liet ward to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity. Together with the local Party Committee and government, strive to successfully complete political tasks. The goal is to build the ward to develop more and more sustainably, modernly and civilly.
Representing the party members receiving the badge, comrade Le Van Tinh expressed his emotion and affirmed his steadfastness in ideals, maintaining political stance, promoting the exemplary vanguard role, and continuing to contribute to the development of the locality and the capital.
