Chairman of Tam Thang Ward People's Committee Le Xuan Tu said that in these areas, when people want to build houses, they do not need to apply for a construction permit as before. Instead, people only need to notify the start of construction in writing, along with construction drawings sent to the Ward People's Committee for local information. At the same time, they must strictly comply with the approved 1/500 planning during the construction process.

On the same morning, Tam Thang Ward People's Committee also organized the awarding of 3 land use right certificates and land-attached assets to 3 local residents. These are the first cases to be granted "red books" after 30 days of operating the 2-level local government model. These documents were previously submitted to Vung Tau City People's Committee, then handed over to Tam Thang Ward from July 1.
Besides handling old records, the ward is also completing procedures to issue Land Use Right Certificates for new records in accordance with regulations.
