On the morning of July 14, at the Public Administration Service Center, Mr. Le Xuan Tu, Chairman of Tam Thang Ward People's Committee (HCMC) held a ceremony to grant marriage certificates to the couple: Nguyen Quoc Lam and Nguyen Thi Nhat Ha.
This is the first couple to register their marriage since the Tam Thang Ward Public Administration Service Center came into operation.
The ceremony was simple, short but solemn. Chairman of Tam Thang Ward People's Committee Le Xuan Tu presented flowers and sent congratulations to the young couple. At the same time, he said that the Marriage Certificate Awarding Ceremony model is one of the contents of building a friendly government for the people.
According to the report of Tam Thang Ward Public Administration Service Center, from July 1 to 12, the Center received, processed and returned cumulative results of 850 records.
