Tinh Gia Ward celebrates the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of "National Day for Protecting National Security"

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On August 18, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tinh Gia ward held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of "National Day for National Security Protection" (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces' tradition (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

Implementing the policy of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and building a two-level local government organization model, closely following the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Public Security, from July 1, 2025, Tinh Gia Ward Police was officially established and put into operation according to a two-level organizational model on the basis of merging 4 commune and ward police units including: Hai Hoa, Hai Thanh, Binh Minh and Hai Nhan.

In just over 1 month of establishment, the leaders of the Ward Police together with the staff and soldiers have carried out synchronous, urgent, and quick work, but still ensured a systematic and scientific approach in advising the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the Ward to deploy tasks of ensuring security and order in the ward, receiving high consensus and support from the people.

The ward police have maximized their core role in advising the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the ward to strengthen leadership and direction to promote the movement of All people protecting national security at the grassroots level; build and consolidate people's security associated with a strong national defense; build a people's security posture associated with a strong national defense posture and a solid "people's hearts posture".

On this occasion, 2 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Police Director for their outstanding achievements in crime prevention and control, contributing to ensuring security and order in Thanh Hoa province; the Ward People's Committee Chairman awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 7 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the movement of all people protecting national security in 2025.
