The dispute that has been going on since last year between PSG and Kylian Mbappe has just taken a new turn, as President Al-Khelaifi's team has demanded 98 million euros in compensation from the former player for his "delaying tactics" .
Meanwhile, the star currently playing for Real Madrid is demanding that the Paris club pay 55 million euros, including salary and bonuses from last season.

In a trial taking place this Monday at the Paris Court of Justice, PSG asked the court to reject Mbappe's request.
In April, at a press conference held in front of the Eiffel Tower, Mbappe's legal representatives announced that they would take the case to criminal, civil and labor courts; at the same time, they asked UEFA to ban PSG from European football competitions according to current regulations.
In addition, the legal team also requested a temporary freeze of 55 million euros from PSG, pending a new ruling on May 26.
PSG's lawyers told the judge during Monday's hearing that Mbappe "did not provide sufficient evidence of the debt" and that the payment was "unfounded" .
In addition, PSG also asked the Paris Court of Justice, where they filed an appeal, to cancel the payment order issued by the LFP (French Professional Football Executive Committee) agencies in October and November last year, which sided with Mbappe.
At that time, PSG refused to comply with the ruling of the tournament's committees, arguing that those bodies did not have the authority to make decisions and prolonged the case by bringing it to other judicial bodies.
Not stopping there, PSG also filed a counterclaim against Mbappe, demanding compensation of 98 million euros.
“Kylian Mbappe owes PSG for delaying tactics that have damaged the club,” said a club lawyer.
“The goal is not to recover 98 million euros, but to prove that if Mbappe owes us money, his claim is unfounded.”
The dispute between Mbappe and PSG will likely end up in civil court, specifically the Labor Court, although the player's representatives have vowed to use all legal means to reclaim the 55 million euros that have not been paid.
