On April 18, the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district issued a Plan to collect public opinions and approve the District People's Council on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Hoang Mai district.

Accordingly, this important work is carried out in accordance with legal regulations and ensures the overall progress of the city.

The Hoang Mai District Department of Internal Affairs will prepare documents to collect opinions from the district's people on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in Hoang Mai District and send them to the People's Committees of the wards for implementation.

Wards review, summarize the number, and make a list of permanent households in the area; establish People's Opinion Collection Teams according to residential group or area; receive documents, print, stamp voter opinion collection ballots, and vote counting minutes; agree on the form of collecting people's opinions; guide the implementation of the content of the ballot; hand over documents to People's Opinion Collection Teams according to residential group or area and organize the collection of people's opinions.

The deadline for completing public consultation is April 21, 2025.

According to the plan, on April 23, 2025, the District People's Committee will synthesize and collect opinions from local people; on April 25, 2025, organize a meeting of the District People's Council; no later than April 26, synthesize the results and report to the City People's Committee.
